Description: Provide housing for your guests in style. This guesthouse is compact, yet highly efficient and comfortable. Features include a generous kitchen, country style kitchen table and large covered patio with built-in bench. A vine covered pergola dresses up the south side of the house and helps keep it cool. The house is elevated to capture the breezes and prevent flooding. It could be built on grade, of course.

We nearly built this guesthouse for ourselves, but unfortunately our publisher decided not to go with the project due to space limitations in their magazine.
