Maybe one person bought this plan, can’t remember. For sure, I would build it post and beam. Consider infilling walls with straw bales on scoria bag foundation. This is the fastest, easiest way.
I would like to keep the cost down and build from cash. Is there a low cost effective way to do post and beam?
