Earthbag House Plans 
I love the design. It needs to be flipped so that the bedrooms get the eastern morning sun. If you flip the kitchen and dining room, you can turn the laundry room into a master bath. You then can add a northern garage with the laundry/mud room as a walk through from the garage into the kitchen. This would still place all the plumbing in the same area.
Sure, you can do lots of things. These plans are largely just suggestions to get people thinking of possibilities. Most people end up customizing the designs to meet their own needs.
