Could this house be adapted with a one-car garage to open on the side? I have a narrow lot.

Are there any other roof choices for this design, such as a regular pitch roof. I live where it snows in the winter.
Oh sure, the existing roof style is part of my castle plans. It’s just a suggestion. No extra charge for switching to a gable roof or shed roof.
The carriage house plans don’t appear to be on the dreamgreenhomes site.
